Our School

Through a holistic balance, our school facilitates health on all levels of the practitioner. Our small classes allow for one-on-one interaction with our students. Small classes give our coaches the time to tailor instruction more individually to each and every student.

BJJ is the only Martial Art specifically designed to empower smaller, weaker people to defend and protect themselves in dangerous real-world situations. Unlike other Martial Arts that rely primarily upon striking and out-strengthening an opponent, BJJ focuses on grappling, leverage, and ground fighting offensive/defensive techniques. With time, each student develops on their individual strengths identified through experience and personalized coaching techniques.

Jiu Jitsu is the product of real life physical altercations. Since its inception, Jiu Jitsu has evolved into the most practical form of self-defense that anyone can learn, regardless of age, size, gender, strength or athletic ability. No matter what your goals are in Jiu Jitsu, our community of coaches and students can get you there.
